Janedore Shipping Policy

At Janedore, we’re committed to delivering your unique eyewear as smoothly and quickly as possible. Here’s what you can expect when you shop with us:

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, please allow 2–3 business days for us to carefully process and prepare your package. We ensure each pair of sunglasses meets our quality standards and is beautifully packaged before shipment.

Shipping Time

After processing, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days to reach your doorstep. Delivery times may vary based on your location and local carrier performance.

We use trusted shipping partners to send your order safely. Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

We  do not ship internationally.

Free Shipping

Janedore offers free standard shipping on orders over R499.00.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact our support team at support@janedore.co.za, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Janedore is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
